Established in 1948, U P Ceramics and Potteries Pvt Ltd is India's oldest manufacturer of Fine Bone China Ceramics Tableware. Formerly known as 'Hitkari-UPC', the brand was synonymous with Ceramics tableware. Over a period of time, UPC has established itself as a quality-oriented Houseware Brand in India, as well as branching into multiple other industries and businesses.

This particular coffee cup and saucer have been decorated in a very funky, mid-century, geometric design. It has a beautiful shiny, reflective, strip within the pattern. This porcelain was probably manufactured in the late 1960's - 1970's.

My upcycled, sustainable, broken china jewellery is crafted from ethically-sourced, pre-damaged, vintage china, that would otherwise end up in landfill.
